In working with different funeral homes and writing agents on a daily basis it is apparent that everyone doesn’t bring the same skill set, knowledge, dedication, or degree of experience to the table. We will assess the strengths of the firm as a whole and diagnose and implement a plan to address deficiencies from both a pre-need and at-need standpoint.
Our focus is pre-need, but a healthy balance must exist before a true pre-need program will thrive. With the tools we will provide and knowledge we possess we can evaluate any staff and will coach pre-need counselors from setting the initial appointment through closing technique. With a little coaching from VPP goals will be attained and another million dollar producer is just around the corner!
